The replies were okay, but they came a bit slower than I expected. Nothing was outright wrong, but it did make me wonder what was going on behind the scenes

There was a really good range to look through, almost too much at first, actually no, it was helpful because I ended up finding exactly what I needed

I was hunting around for a few bits that seemed to be sold out everywhere else, and somehow Tillyanna still had them in stock. I did wonder if I was being a bit too hopeful ordering, because you know how some sites say it’s available and then email later saying it’s gone. But nope, everything went through fine and actually arrived. Nice change honestly. I’d happily use them again.

I ordered from Tillyanna and ended up needing a refund. To be fair, it did get sorted in the end, but I had to follow up a bit more than I feel I should’ve. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slightly frustrating because it could’ve been handled quicker without me having to nudge them along

I found the return process frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it should, and I ended up having to follow up with them twice before anything really moved along. I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt like more hassle than it needed to be...

I ordered a personalised gift and the name placement came out a bit different from the preview.. it’s still usable and looks okay, but for the price I was expecting it to be a bit more accurate. bit disappointed tbh

It Fits me perfectly. I was kinda surprised, but the sizing was actually spot on.

I ordered it sometime around the end of last month, or maybe early this month, I can’t remember exactly. The delivery ended up arriving later than expected, and I didn’t really get any clear updates along the way. It was a bit frustrating not knowing what was going on.

I came across Tillyanna while I was comparing prices on a few different sites, and they were a little cheaper than the others I looked at. Not like a huge saving or anything, but enough that I thought, yeah, why not order from them...
The checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. The price stayed the same all the way through, no random extra fees popping up right at the end, which always annoys me when that happens.
The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delivery info. It could’ve been a bit clearer, just so you know exactly what to expect. But overall, for the price, I’d probably use them again.

The packaging was really good. Everything showed up safe and nothing was damaged at all, which I always appriciate.

The box felt sturdy and the stuff inside was wrapped properly, not just tossed in there. It was neat without being over packed or annoying to open.
Overall I’m happy with it. You can tell they put a little care into sending it out, and that defintely made a good impression.

I ordered from tillyanna.co.uk and overall it was alright . The checkout went through fine , but a few pages took longer to load than I expected . At first I wasn’t completely sure if my order had actually gone through , but the confirmation email came after a little while . Not a bad experience , just think it could feel a bit smoother .

I ordered from Tillyanna it was fineee overall. The prices are fair, so I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but the quality still felt a little less nice than I was hoping for. It’s not a bad deal if you find something you really like, just don’t expect it to feel superrr premium. Delivery was totally okay too

I used the site on my phone and overall it was straightforward. I found what I needed without too much messing around, and checkout was simple enough. The pages loaded fine and the menu mostly made sense. I did have to backtrack once, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. So yeah, not perfect, but still a smooth experience.
